摘 要: | 目的:探讨拜糖平(阿卡波糖)对于糖耐量减低患者代谢及转归的干预价值。方法:将51例符合诊断糖耐量减低患者随机分为治疗组26例,对照组25例,两组均予以强化生活方式干预,治疗组在此基础上加用拜糖平。随访1年。比较两组转归及代谢指标包括血糖、血脂、体重指数的变化。结果:随访1年后,两组转化为糖尿病的例数和心血管事件的发生次数均有显著统计学差异(P〈0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者空腹血糖、OGTr后2h血糖、体重指数、TG、TC均显著下降(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗组患者的OGTT后2h血糖、体重指数、TG显著下降(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:拜糖平可以明显降低糖耐量减低患者的血糖、血脂及体重指数,降低IGT向糖尿病的转归,对于糖耐量减低患者是一个较好的选择药物。

Abstract: | Objectlve:To study the influence of Acarbose on metabolism and outcomes in the patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods:51 cases were divided into control group and observational group. Based on the diet con- trol and adequate exercise, patients in observational group were using the treatment of oral acarbose. To compare fasting blood glucose( FBG), the 2 h postprandial blood glucose (PBS), body weight index( BWI), total cholesterol and triglyceride with control group after followed up for one year. The subjects underwent 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Re- suits: In observational group, the number of patients transformed to diabetes and the incidences of cardiovascular events was lower,the results between the two groups statistically significant difference ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The comparison in FBG, PBG, BWI, TG,TC showed significance ( P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ) between treatment and control group after the treatment. The PBS, BWI,TG significantly changed compared with those before treatment (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Acarbose can improve the blood lipid and blood glucose levels of IGTpatients, and then reduce the incidence of IGT transforming to diabetes. |
