脑外伤的来院方式、来院时间对预后的影响

目的：观察脑外伤的来院方式和来院时间对预后的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年10月-2012年11月收治的150位脑外伤患者的全部资料，分析脑外伤患者来院方式和来院时间对预后的影响。结果：150位患者中选择公交车的18位，救护车的35位，私家车的42位，出租车的42位，其他方式的13位，其预后评分结果无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。〉3h来院的患者32例，其预后评分为（62．23±7．22）分，〈3h来院的患者118例，其预后评分为（88．54±8．51）分，两组比较结果有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：脑外伤患者来院方式对预后影响不大，但来院时间对预后存在一定的影响。

The impact to prognosis brain trauma patients to hospital the way and time

Objective：to observe the impact of the way and time to hospital of brain trauma patients on the prognosis. Methods：retrospectively analyze all information of the 150 brain trauma patients received and cured in our hospital fromOc- tober,2009 to November,2012. Results：among the 150 brain trauma patients, 18 patients take the bus to hospital, 35 pa- tients take the ambulance to hospital,42 patients take the private cars to hospital,42 patients take the taxi to hospital, 13 pa- tients take other ways to hostital, the prognostic score results has no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Patients 〉 3 h to hos- pital are 32 cases, the prognostic score is （62.23 ±7.22）, patients 〈 3h to hospital are 118 cases, the prognostic score is （ 88.54 ± 8.51 ）, the result of two groups of comparisons ha~ statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the way to hospital of brain trauma patients has little impact on the prognosis, however, the time to hospital of brain trauma patients has certain impact on the prognosis.
