摘    要:目的比较膝关节退行性骨关节病患者的MRI及x线片表现,探讨MRI在诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病中的应用价值。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的47例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者的MRI及x线检查结果,比较MRI及x线片表现及准确性。结果MRI及x线片均可清晰显示骨质增生、软骨下赘骨形成、软骨下囊变、关节腔隙狭窄及关节面毛糙不平(P〉O.05)。MRI可清晰显示半月板变性撕裂、软组织肿胀、滑膜增厚改变及关节积液,而x线片不易发现上述改变(P〈o.05)。结论与X线相比,MRI在诊断膝关节骨关节炎时可有更多的阳性发现,具有较高的诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of MRI in diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis by compa- ring the MRI and X-ray findings in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods The MRI and X-ray results of 47 cases with osteoarthritis of the knee in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Uni- versity were collected and performance and accuracy of both methods were compared. Results MRI and X- ray results showed clearly osteoarthritis, subchondral bone superfluous and subchondral cyst formation, joint space narrowing and articular surface rough (P ~0.05). MRI could clearly show the torn meniscal de- generation, soft tissue swelling, synovial thickening change and joint effusion, while these changes above were not easy to be found in the X-ray film (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with X-ray, MRI in the di agnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee may have more positive findings and higher diagnostic value.
