新疆汉、维、哈族健康男性青年血管功能的差异性研究

摘    要:目的探讨新疆地区汉族、维吾尔族(维族)、哈萨克族(哈族)同一年龄段男性青年血管功能的差异以及中心动脉反射波增强指数(AIx)的影响因素。方法选取新疆地区健康汉族青年男性135例,平均年龄(34.99±5.90)岁。健康维吾尔族青年男性124例,平均年龄(36.73±6.66)岁;健康哈萨克族青年男性139例,平均年龄(36.45±6.04)岁。用澳大利亚PWA仪测定增强指数(AIx)以及中心收缩压(c_sBP)、中心脉压(C-PP)、增强压(AP)等指标,并检测血压、血脂水平、肌酐、尿素氮等生化指标。结果哈萨克族男性青年AIx值(16.00±9.00)高于维吾尔族男性青年(12.37±10.49)和汉族男性青年(8.60士8.13),差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。维族男性青年AIx值高于汉族,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。汉族男性青年AIx与年龄不相关(R—O.075,P〉0.05),维吾尔族和哈族男性青年AIx与年龄呈正相关(R—O.32,P〈O.05;R一0.195,P〈O.05)。汉族男性青年中身高、体质指数(BMI)、舒张压(DBP)、SP、PP、AP、Ejection%、SEVR、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、总胆固醇(CHOL)是AIx的影响因素。在维吾尔族男性青年中年龄、身高、BMI、中心动脉收缩压(SP)、脉压(PP)、增强压(AP)、CHOL、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)是AIx的影响因素。在哈萨克族男性青年中年龄、身高、体质量、BMI、收缩压(SBP)、DBP、SP、PP、AP、射血分数(EjectionM)、心肌活力(SEVR)、甘油三酯(TG)、CHOL、HDL、LDL是AIx的影响因素。结论新疆哈萨克族健康男性青年AIx值最高,其次是维吾尔族,汉族最低,并前两者与年龄正相关。即在青年这一同等年龄段下哈萨克族人群血管功能可能较维族和汉族要差,汉族相对维族和哈族血管功能要好而且血管功能的下降出现的较晚,至少在青年期还没有出现。身高、BMI、SP、PP、AP、CHOL是新疆汉族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族AIx的共同影响因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the differences of vascular function in the same age of different ethnic groups (Han, Kazakh and Uygur young males in Xinjiang) and influence factors related to the Central artic reflective wave pressure augmentation index (AIx). Methods Three different Xinjiang ethnic groups of healthy young men were selected: Han One hundred thirty five of average age (34.99+5.9); Uygur one hundred twenty four of average age (36.73+6.66) ; Kazakhs one hundred thirty nine of average age (36.45 _+6.04). CAP was detected by Australia PWA instrument, mainly including AIX, C-SBP, C-PP, AP and other biochemical markers: blood pressure, lipid levels, creatinine, urea nitrogen were detected too. Re-suits In comparison of the value of AIX about healthy young men in three ethnic groups in Xin]iang, Aix of Kazakh (16.00~9.00) was higher than Uygur (12.37~10.49) and Han (8.60~8.13), Which had statis- tically significant (P 〈0.05) ~ AIx of Uygur was higher than Han, which also had statistically significant (P 〈0.05). AIx was not related to age in han (R =0.075, P 〉0.05). AIx was positively related to age in both Uygur (R =0.32, P 〈0.05)and Kazakh (R =0.195,P 〈0.05). Height, BMI, diastolic blood pres- sure, SP, PP, AP, EjectionS, SEVR, HDL, cholesterol were the influence factors affecting AIx in han. Age, Height, BMI, SP, PP, AP, cholesterol, LDL were the influence factors affecting AIx in Uygur. Age, Height, weight, BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, SP, PP, AP, EjectionS, SEVR, Triglycerides, cholesterol, HDL, LDL were the influence factors affecting AIx in Kazakh. Height, BMI, SP, PP, AP, cholesterol were the common factors affecting AIx in the three nationalities. Conclusion This study shows in the healthy young men in Xinjiang, the value of AIx is highest in Ka- zakh, next in Uygur, and it is lowest in han. And the first two are positive correlation with age. That young people under the same age, vascular function in Kazakh group may be poorer than han and Uygur, while han is better than Kazakh and Uygur, and decline in vascular function occurs later, at least has not yet appeared in adolescence. Height, BMI, SP, PP, AP, cholesterol were the common factors affecting AIx in the three nationalities in Xinjiang.
