| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨清创术联合大扶康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的护理要点，并对其疗效进行观察。方法：89例真菌性角膜溃疡的患者，行清创术联合0．5％大扶康结膜下注谢以及系统的护理措施取的良好的疗效。结果：84例(84眼)治愈，4例(4眼)无效，治愈率达到95．44％。结论：真菌性角膜溃疡通过清创术联合大扶康治疗及系统的护理，可缩短病情，取得较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the main point of nursing care and observe the effection of debridement unite DIFLUCAN to treat mycotic corneal ulcer.Method: Eighty-nine patients of mycotic corneal ulcer to be treated by debridement unite diflucan. Result: Eighty-four patients (eighty-four eyes) were healing, four patients (Four eyes) were inefficieney. Healing rate was 95.44%. Conclusion: Debridement unite diflucan to treat mycotic corneal ulcer can shorten the state of illness and gain better effection. |
