摘    要:目的探讨小站台水环境不同应激时间对小鼠胸腺、脾、脑组织中 5 羟色胺含量的变化 ,了解应激如何调节神经、内分泌而影响免疫功能。方法利用小站台水环境诱发应激模型 ,观察小鼠应激 48小时、2 4小时、12小时与对照组比较站台前后体重、组织指数 ,以及组织中 5 羟色胺含量的变化情况 ;结果站台前后小鼠体重与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,站台 48小时胸腺指数、脾指数与对照组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而脑指数无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。应激 2 4小时组、应激 12小时组胸腺指数、脾指数、脑指数的改变均不明显 ,与对照组相比未达显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但均有降低的趋势。应激 48小时组、应激 2 4小时组、应激 12小时组胸腺组织 5 羟色胺含量均有明显变化 ,与对照组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,应激 48小时组、应激 2 4小时组、应激 12小时组脾组织和脑组织 5 羟色胺含量均无明显变化 ,与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论应激可以通过神经内分泌网络影响胸腺组织 ,从而对免疫系统起作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine of animal's brain, thymus,spleen with different stress time on the platform-over-water. Understand how stress adjust the network of neuroendocrine-interal secretion,and then influence immunity function Methods To make use of the stress model induced by the platform-over-water, we detected the change of animal's weight?tissue index and the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine of tissue in the former or the latter with 48-hour,24-hour,12-hour stress. Compared with the control mice.ResultsCompared with the control group ,we observed the mice's weight decreased insignificantly behind stress( P >0.05) thymus index and spleen index decreased obviously behind standing 48-hour stress( P <0.001),but brain index is unobvious, in contrast,it is insignificant by standing 24-hour or 12-hour for all issue index. ( P > 0.05 ),it is obvious the effect of the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine of thymus with 48-hour,24-hour,12-hour stress,( P <0.001) and then,it is unobvious in spleen and brain ( P >0.05).Conclusion Stress affect immunity system through the neuroendocrine-interal secretion network.
