PDA左腋下小切口与左胸后外侧切口的对比研究

摘    要:目的 探讨动脉导管未闭 (PDA)不同入路 ,创伤 ,疗效 ,愈后 ,以指导临床。方法对 86例动脉导管未闭患者 ,4 0例行左腋下小切口与 4 6例左胸后外侧切口进行对比观察。结果 左腋下小切口与常规左胸后外侧切口相比切口大小、手术时间、创伤、疼痛程度、出血量、住院天数、切口愈合程度均有显著性差异P <0 0 1。结论 左腋下小切口行小儿及成人动脉导管未闭结扎术 ,具有切口小 ,不去肋骨 ,出血少 ,创伤轻 ,不放胸腔引流管 ,术后不输血 ,疼痛轻 ,恢复快 ,刀口隐蔽 ,美观等优点

Abstract:Objective To guide clinical operation,different ways of entering of PDA,wound,efficacy,and convalescence were discussed.Method eighty-six patients with PDA were observed and compared.Left axillary mini-thoracotomy is applied to duct arteriolar on forty patients and left chest posterolateral incision is applied to forty-six patients.Results There is remarkable difference in incision,operating time,wound,degree of ache,hemorrhage amount,duration in hospital,degree of incision heal between left axillary mini-thoracotomy and regular left chest posterolateral incision;Conclusion Ligation of patent ductus arterious for adult and enfant operated in left axillary mini-thoracotomy has advantages such as small incision,unremoving of ribs,less hemorrhage,slight wound,unnecessary to place ducts in thoracic cavity,no need to transfer blood,less ache,quick recovery,concealed incision and better looking.
