PDA左腋下小切口与左胸后外侧切口的对比研究

目的　探讨动脉导管未闭 (PDA)不同入路 ,创伤 ,疗效 ,愈后 ,以指导临床。方法对 86例动脉导管未闭患者 ,4 0例行左腋下小切口与 4 6例左胸后外侧切口进行对比观察。结果　左腋下小切口与常规左胸后外侧切口相比切口大小、手术时间、创伤、疼痛程度、出血量、住院天数、切口愈合程度均有显著性差异P <0 0 1。结论　左腋下小切口行小儿及成人动脉导管未闭结扎术 ,具有切口小 ,不去肋骨 ,出血少 ,创伤轻 ,不放胸腔引流管 ,术后不输血 ,疼痛轻 ,恢复快 ,刀口隐蔽 ,美观等优点

A Study on and Comparison between Left Axillary Minithoracotomy and Left Chest Posterolateral Incision for Enfant and Adult with PDA

Objective To guide clinical operation,different ways of entering of PDA,wound,efficacy,and convalescence were discussed.Method eighty-six patients with PDA were observed and compared.Left axillary mini-thoracotomy is applied to duct arteriolar on forty patients and left chest posterolateral incision is applied to forty-six patients.Results There is remarkable difference in incision,operating time,wound,degree of ache,hemorrhage amount,duration in hospital,degree of incision heal between left axillary mini-thoracotomy and regular left chest posterolateral incision;Conclusion Ligation of patent ductus arterious for adult and enfant operated in left axillary mini-thoracotomy has advantages such as small incision,unremoving of ribs,less hemorrhage,slight wound,unnecessary to place ducts in thoracic cavity,no need to transfer blood,less ache,quick recovery,concealed incision and better looking.
