心理需求对住院患者就医选择的影响

目的了解住院患者的心理需求对其选择医疗机构的影响。方法自行编制“医疗意愿调查问卷”，对来院就诊的165名住院患者进行调查分析。结果医疗技术水平是影响患者就诊决策的主要因素。熟人介绍是患者选择医疗机构的主要途径。多数患者认为大型医院医疗费用高，私立医院或诊所的缺点是医疗技术差。结论医疗技术和服务水平是医院发展的关键，医院需明确定位自身发展方向，发展良性的医疗竞争模式。

Influences of Patients' Psychological Demands on Their Medical Treatment Selection

Objective In order to study the influence of the patients＇psychological demands on their medical institutions selection. Methods 165 patients （validated questionnaire is 141 ） were asked to fill up a selfmade questionnaire of medical willingness. Results Medical technology level is the main factor which results in patients＇ decision. The expectation to the medical service is the second demand. The main road for the patients to select medical institution is introduced by acquaintances. Most patients believe that a good hospital with high medical costs, private hospital drawback is of poor medical technology. Conclusions Medical technology and service level are key to the hospital development, so the hospital needs to set up a clear development orientation, and a healthy medical model of competition.
