糖尿病患者心功能不全180例临床特点分析

目的了解糖尿病合并心功能不全的临床特点及危险因素。方法糖尿病患者500例,其中心功能不全者180例(A组),无心功能不全者320例(B组),对比两组的临床特点。结果A组患者的年龄大,糖尿病病程长,血糖控制不佳,合并高血压及急性慢性并发症较多,与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。而两组的性别和血脂代谢紊乱差异无显著性(P>0.05)。病死率A组显著高于B组(43.4%vs14.1%,P<0.01)。住院天数两组比较,差异亦有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病合并心功能不全患者的血糖控制不佳,糖尿病并发症多,病死率和平均住院天数均显著高于无心功能不全组。

A clinic study on one hundred and eighty cases of diabetes mellitus with cardiac dysfunction

Objective The goal of this study was to investigate clinical characteristics and risk factors among diabetes with cardiac dysfunction. Methods Five hundred cases of diabetes were divided two groups according to acrdio-function: A group with cardiac dysfunction (n=180) and B group with normal cardiac function (n=320) to compare clinical characteristics with each other. Results The results revealed that the A group with the elderly diabetic patients had longer clinical Dm duration, higher glucose level and more diabetic complications. The two groups. However, were similar by sex and hyperlipidemia. Morality and average hospitalization time were increased significantly with A group. Conclusion Morality and average hospitalization time of diabetes with cardiac dysfunction were significantly higher than diabetes without cardiac dysfunction.
