乳腺癌端粒酶活性表达研究

目的　探讨端粒酶活性水平同乳腺癌临床病理指标的关系及其作为化疗疗效评价指标的意义。方法　用半定量TRAP 银染法测定 5 3例乳腺癌、10例纤维腺瘤及 6例癌旁组织标本的相对端粒酶活性。结果　乳腺癌组织端粒酶活性表达明显高于乳腺良性病变 (P <0 .0 1) ;术前未经治疗的原发性乳腺癌中 ,端粒酶活性表达与TNM分期、局部淋巴结状态、雌激素受体及孕激素受体表达有关 ;术前化疗组端粒酶活性水平较未化疗组低。结论　端粒酶活性水平可反映肿瘤的侵袭性 ,并可作为乳腺癌的预后判断指标及化疗疗效的评价指标。

Telomerase activity in breast cancer.

Objective To investigate the implication of telomerase activity in breast cancer with respect to tumor characteristics and therapeutic effects.Methods Telomerase activity of 53 breast cancers and 16 benign lesions were detected by a simple and sensitive silver staining semi quantitative TRAP.Results The expression level of telomerase activity was significantly higher in breast cancer than in benign lesions ( P < 0.01 ). The relative telomerase activity was associated with TNM stage,local lymph nodes status,and the expression of ER and PR in primary breast cancers. The relative telomerase activity was lower in patients receiving chemotherapy before operation than in those untreated.Conclusion The relative telomerase activity correlates with tumor aggressiveness and could be used as a prognostic marker. Telomerase activity levels can be used as a factor to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy.
