| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外耳道阻塞性角化病的病因、发病机理及临床特点。方法回顾性总结分析研究2000年1月至2004年12月在门诊病理证实的20例(22耳)外耳道阻塞性角化病的临床资料。结果16例(18耳)清除角化病变后效果良好,随访1年以上无复发;2例(2耳)遗留干性鼓膜穿孔;2例(2耳)发展为外耳道胆脂瘤。结论外耳道阻塞性角化病病因与外耳道口狭窄及阻塞有关;病变反复发生者有转化为外耳道胆脂瘤的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the etiololgy and pathogenesis of kera tosis obturans and the clinical characteristics for the disease. Methods 20 ca ses(22 ears)of keratosis obturans treated in our hospital during the period from January 2000 to December 2004 were restrospectivily analysed. All cases were ve rified by pathology. Results Good results were obtained in 16 cases(18 ears)an d follow-up for at least one year showed no recurrence. 2 cases(2 ears)remained dry tympanic membrane perforation. 2 cases(2 ears) developed to external auditor y canal cholesteatoma. Conclusion The pathogenesis of keratosis obturans is re lated to narrow and obstraction of the out part of external auditory canal. The cases of recurrences can develop external auditory canal cholesteatoma. |
