163例脑性瘫痪儿童父母心理状况调查

目的调查脑性瘫痪儿童父母心理健康状况，为脑性瘫痪的整体护理提供参考。方法对163例脑性瘫痪儿童的父母采用症状自评量表进行调查，比较父、母及不同来源、文化程度父母心理反应得分情况。结果脑性瘫痪儿童的父母在自己子女确诊为脑性瘫痪时，都有明显的心理负性反应，主要表现在抑郁、焦虑、强迫、偏执等方面。父、母在恐怖、抑郁、焦虑、偏执及精神病情等方面得分差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；城、乡父母在恐怖、强迫等得分方面差异亦有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；不同文化程度父母在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖等得分方面差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论脑性瘫痪儿童父母存在普遍的心理健康问题，应予以重视并加以合理帮助。

Psychological State Investigation in 163 Parents of Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective To investigate the psychological state of the parents of children with cerebral palsy (CP) and provide the references for the total nursing in children with CP.Methods 163 parents of children with CP were assessed by symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) test.Results All the parents had obvious poor psychological states when their children were diagnosed with the disease CP.The main psychological problems included depression,anxiety,enforcement and paranoia.Such poor psychological states were likely to present in the parents who came from villages and had low culture levels.Conclusion There are general poor psychological states in the parents of children with CP.More supports and attentions should be given to them.
