| 摘 要： | 目的：进行ABG动脉血气针与玻璃注射器抽取动脉血效果比较，寻求减轻病人穿刺时的疼痛和血液标本测量结果准确的方法。方法：对30例患者同时行ABG动脉血气针抽取动脉血与玻璃注射器穿刺抽血方法进行比较，观察病人疼痛程度、一针穿刺成功率、主要血气分析结果等。结果：ABG动脉血气针穿刺抽血减轻了病人疼痛程度，提高了一针穿刺成功率，二种穿刺血标本主要血气分析结果比较差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。结论：对有条件的医院和病人可提倡使用ABG动脉血气针穿刺抽取动脉血标本。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a method of reducing the pain when patients are punctured and getting accurate measurement result of blood preparation.Method To compare ABG draw dry heparinized syringe to Glass Injector for 30 sample of patients at the same time,and observe the level of pain,success rate of puncture by once,main results of blood gas analysis,etc.Result ABG draw dry heparinized syringe reduces the pain level,increases success rate of puncture by once.There is no difference between main results of blood gas analysis of two kinds of blood preparation compared( P >0 05).Conclusion For the hospitals and patients that have got the conditions,ABG draw dry heparinized syringe is recommended for arterial blood preparation. |
