| 摘 要： | 目的观察内生场热疗结合化疗治疗晚期肺癌（腺癌）中的疗效。方法将68例晚期肺癌（腺癌）患者随即分为两组：A组（36例），采用化疗结合内生场热疗；B组（32），采用单纯化疗。结果A组有效率72．1％（26／36），明显高于B组46．8％（15／32，P〈0．08），毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制，且A组低于B组。结论内生场热疗结合化疗治疗晚期肺癌（腺癌）疗效明显优于单纯化疗，且毒副反应小。

| Abstract: | Objective To evalucate the curative effect of endogenetic field tumor thermotherapy (EFTH) for advanced lung cancer (adenocarcinoma). Methods 68 patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into two groups at random. Group A: 36 patients were treated by combining chemotherapy and EFTH.
