| 摘 要： | 作者报告采用胶原酶注射即化学溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，自１９９４年以来共治疗１００例．注射采用局部麻醉并在电视Ｘ线机控制下进行．术后观察１～２天出院，并继续卧床一周．优良率达９０％．尤其是术后下背及下肢痛迅速好转，显然较手术恢复得快而好．本组亦无任何并发症发生．因而，作者认为，化学溶核术值得进一步研究与临床应用．

| Abstract: | Onehundredcasesoflumbardischerniationweretreatedwithchemonucleolvsisbyin-jectionofcolagenasefromMarch1994.Theinjectionwasperformedunderlocalneurglyticanesthesiausingimageintensifiercontrol.Thepatientsweredischargedfromthehospitalonetotwodaysaftertheinjection.Duringthefinalassessment,theresultsweregradedinto4categories.i.e.excelentin28(28%)cases,goodin62(62%),fairin6(6%)andpoorin4(4%).Themajorityofthepatientsweresatisfiedwiththeearlyreliefofthelegandlowbackbain.Theauthorsbelievethatchemonucleolvsisisabeteralternativetodiscsurgery. |
