| 摘 要： | 报告１４年治疗的５６例血管损伤伴随肢体损伤．其中车祸２５例（４５％），工伤１７例（３０％）．累及动脉为首１６例（２９％）．２９例（６４％，２９／４５）重建损伤血管在６小时之内．骨折采用髓内针方式固定２４例（６５％，２４／３７）．３３例（７７％，３３／４３）肢体存活具有良好的机能．一期截肢１１例，二期截肢２例．挽救肢体的预后主要取决于肢体缺血时间，神经损伤的程度，骨折严重程度，软组织损伤程度，和其他主要脏器损伤情况等因素．肢体损伤严重性可用“创伤肢体估计评分（ＴＥＡＳ）”来估计．可用ＴＥＡＳ来决定哪些肢体需要进行一期截肢．

| Abstract: | Theauthorsreportedtheresultsoftreatmentof56casesofvascularinjuriesassociatedwithtraumaoftheextremitiesencounteredoveraperiodof14years.25cases(45%)wereinjurieddur-ingtraficaccidents,17cases(30%)hadindustrialinjuries.16cases(29%)hadinjuryofthepoplitealartery.29cases(64%)hadreconstructionoftheinjuriedarterieswithin6hoursaftertrauma.In-tramedularynailswereusedforthefixationofthefracturesin24cases(65%).33cases(77%)hadsal-vageofthelimbswithgoodfunction.11caseshadprimaryamputationand2neededasecondaryampu-tation.Theprognosisofthesalvagedlimbdependsuponthelengthofischemicperiods,theseverityoftheneurologicalinvolvement,theseverityofthefracture,thedegreeofsofttissuedamageandthepres-enceoftheassociatedmajorinjuries.Theseverityoflimbtraumawasevaluatedbytraumaticalextremityassessmentscore(TEAS).AltheprimaryamputationsweredeterminedwithTEAS. |
