| 血管束植入移植神经修复周围神经缺损的实验研究 |

| 摘 要： | ５１只健康中国本兔随机分为实验组和对照组．在相同的实验条件下，用植入血管和不植入血管的游离神经移植修复３ｃｍ长坐骨神经缺损．术后３，７，１４天发现移植神经较快的再血管化．分别在术后第４，８，２０周做神经电生理，组织形态学观察．神经电生理指标和再生轴索，经统计学分析显示实验组明显优于对照组（Ｐ值＜０．０１）．结果表明：再血管化程度和良好血供能有效地促进周围神经的再生．

| Abstract: | Fiftyonehealthyrabbitswererandomlydividedintotheexperimentalandthecontrolgroups.Underidenticalexperimentalconditions,freenervegraftswithandwithoutvascularbundleim-plantationwereusedtorepair3cmSciaticNervedefects.Rapidrevascularizationinthenervegraftswasobservedatthe3th,7thand14thdaysafteroperation.Theelectrophysiologicalandmorphometricstud-ieswerecariedoutatthe4th,8thand20thweeksaftertheoperation.Theelectrophysiologicalindexandregeneratingaxonsshowedstatisficalysignificantbeterresultsthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Thisstudysuggestedthat,thedegreeofvascularizationandsuficientbloodsupplydideffective-lypromotetheregenerationofperipheralnerve. |
