| 摘 要： | 晚期风湿性疾病患者，多发下肢关节畸形，部分需行双髋、膝人工关节置换。采用同次麻醉下同侧髋、膝同时置换术，国内未见报道。我们曾对８例严重晚期风湿性疾病患者施行１０次ＩＪＡ术。经平均２．５年随访，病人功能明显改善。我们认为这种手术方法对严重下肢多发畸形的病人，尤其是特殊体位挛缩或强直的病人，是一种难度较大，但行之有效的处理方法

| Abstract: | Bilateraltotalhipandkneereplacementareindicatedforsomerheumatoidarthritispa-tientswithseverelydeformedlowerextremities.Nodomesticreporthasbeenpublishedonperformingthereplacementoftheipsilateralhipandkneeunderthesameanesthesia.Atotaloftensurgicalproce-dureswereperformedoneightpatientswithseveredeformitycausingbyrheumaticdiseases.Functionalstatusforalpatientswassignificantlyimprovedandalpatientssubjectivelyreportedanobviousreduc-tioninpainafterameanfolow-upof2.5yearspostoperatively.Althoughthisprocedurehassomediffi-culties,butitisanefectiveandvaluablemethodforpatientswithmultiplejointsinvolved,espicalythoseankylosedinanspecialyunfunctionalposture. |
