| Abstract: | Summary Spigelian hernias are true interparietal hernias that are frequently not associated with a palpable mass and, as such, are not frequently diagnosed before surgery. Reported herein, is the serendipitous discovery of an incarcerated Spigelian hernia that was discovered on a CT scan being performed for presumed diverticulitis. |
