| 摘 要： | 采用计算机图像分析技术,检测了68例再生障碍性贫血(再障)患者治疗前后的骨髓细胞内细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶(NAP)含量,并与正常对照作了比较分析。发现治疗前CCO、SDH含量明显减低,NAP含量明显增高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。经补肾化瘀疗法治疗后,其含量分别接近对照组(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | The enzyme contents, including cytochromatio oxidase (CCO) succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), neutrophilic alkaline phosphatase (NAP). in intracellular marrow cell? of 68 cases of computer graphic analysis before and after treatment were compared and analyzed with a controlled group. Results showed that the contents of CCO and SDH were markedly lower, and NAP markedly higher than the controlled group before treatment with significant difference (P<0. 01). and they were changed to nearly the level as the control after treatment (P>0. 05). |
