腹腔镜辅助经阴子宫切除术40例临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助经阴子宫切除术的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾分析腹腔镜经阴子宫切除术40例(观察组)与经腹子宫切除术42例(对照组)的手术和术后情况。结果:手术时间观察组为(130.00±21.08)m in,对照组为(90.00±30.30)m in;术中出血观察组(120.00±30.58)m l,对照组为(110.00±31.00)m l;术后体温恢复正常时间观察组为(1.08±0.80)d,对照组为(3.60±1.20)d;肛门排气时间观察组为(8.00±3.20)h,对照组为(20.50±6.54)h;术后住院时间观察组为(4.50±1.10)d,对照组为(7.00±1.30)d。结论:腹腔镜辅助经阴子宫切除术具有创伤小、术后康复快及住院时间短的优点,是较为安全的手术方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the feasibility and safety of laparosopically-assisted vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:The operative and postoperative conditions of 40 cases underwent laparoscopically-assisted vaginal hysterectomy(observational group)and 42 cases underwent laparotomy hysterectomy(control group)were analyzed.Results:Operative time was(130.00±21.08)min in observational group and(90.00±30.30)min in control group.Blood loss was(120.00±30.58)ml in observational group and(110.00±31.00)ml in control group.The time of temperature recovering normal after operation was(1.08±0.80)d in observational group and(3.60±1.20)d in control group.Anal carminative time was(8.00±3.20)h in observational group and(20.50±6.54)h in control group.The hospitalization was(4.50±1.10)d in observational group and(7.00±1.30)d in control group.Conclusions:The advantages of laparosopically-assisted vaginal hysterectomy are minimal invasion,less bleeding and rapid recovery.It is a safe procedure.
