多孔减压置管骨内注药治疗激素致股骨头缺血性坏死疗效观察

目的研究多孔减压置管骨内注射药物配合中药内服治疗成人激素致股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法选择激素致股骨头坏死患者139例,均采用微创多孔持续减压手术,于股骨头内钻孔减压,并放置硅胶导管间断注射骨生长因子,配合活血化瘀、补肾健骨中药内服的方法进行治疗;采用患者自身治疗前后及远期疗效对比,经统计学检验观察疗效。结果患者治疗后股骨头坏死较治疗前显著好转,且远期疗效稳定。结论多孔持续减压置管骨内注药配合中药内服的方法治疗成人激素致股骨头坏死疗效明显。

Observation of the effect of polyporous decompression and injecting drug in bone on avascular necrosis of femoral head induced by hormone

Objective It is to explore the clinical effect of polyporous decompression and injecting drug in bone combined with traditional Chinese medicine for oral use on adult avascular necrosis of femoral head induced by hormone.Methods 139 patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head induced by hormone were chosen and accepted polyporous continuing decompression operation to decrease pressure by drilling hole on femoral head,then they were discontinuously given bone grow factor by bone injection from silica gel catheter placed,and given huoxue huayu and bushen jiangu traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect was observed and evaluated by statistics test basis on the self-contrast test before and after treatment.Results Avascular necrosis of femoral head in the patients was relieved obviously after treatment,and the long-term curative effect was stable.Conclusion Continuing polyporous decompression and injecting drug in bone combined with traditional Chinese medicine for oral use has a significant curative effect on adult avascular necrosis of femoral head induced by hormone.
