摘    要:目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌在医院感染中的流行特征及耐药趋势。方法:对2002~2006年243株院内鲍曼不动杆菌感染的分布及药敏结果进行分析。结果:243株鲍曼不动杆菌标本来源以呼吸道分泌物最多(占69.5%),其对亚胺培南的耐药率最低,5年的耐药率均低于6%,而对部分常用抗菌药物的耐药率有逐年上升趋势,其对环丙沙星的耐药率增幅最大为28.6%~75.7%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染率和耐药率呈逐年上升趋势,临床应加强监测。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the epidemiological distribution and the drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in nosocomial infections. METHODS: The distribution and drug susceptibility of 243 strains of acinetobacter baumannli in nosocomial infections from 2002 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The acinetobacter baumannii were mainly isolated from respiratory tract secretion samples, representing 69.5%. The resistance of acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem was the lowest, lower than 6% over the 5 years; yet its resistance to common antibiotics increased year-on-year, up 28.6%- 75.7% in its resistance to ciprofloxacin. CONCLUSION: The nosocomial infection rates and antibiotic resistance rates of acinetobacter baumannii were increasing year on year. Surveillance of bacterial resistance must be strengthened in the clinic.
