| 摘 要： | 用正交试验法对辽东楤木提取齐墩果酸工艺进行优选,实验选择提取方式、水解酸度、水解时间三个因子,每因子三个水平,用L9(3~4)正交表进行实验设计。结果表明,辽东楤木根皮粗粉加适量水湿润,自然发酵48小时后,加水煎煮二次,合并浓缩,再加10％硫酸水解5小时为最佳提取工艺。

| Abstract: | Th'e aticle has made a test of the influential factors on extracting the Oleanolic acid from Aralia elata. The result shows that the best extracting conditions are as follows: After wet fermentation for 48 hours, the raw material is secondary merged in bioling and 10% H2SO4 hydrolysis time 5 hours with a yield of 3.71%. |
