| 摘 要： | 目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在宫颈癌组织中的表达与临床病理和预后的关系.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测35例宫颈癌、31例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和12例正常宫颈组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1及VEGF的表达情况,探讨三者的表达与临床病理和预后的关系.结果 宫颈癌中MMP-9、TIMP-1和VEGF的阳性率较正常宫颈组与CIN组均增高.MMP-9与VEGF的阳性表达与组织分化高低和是否有淋巴结转移有显著相关性,与临床分期、病理类型之间无显著相关性,而TIMP-1的阳性率仅与是否有淋巴结转移有相关性.结论 MMP-9和VEGF表达增强而TIMP-1的相对增强不明显可能使宫颈癌更易发生侵袭转移.
