| 摘 要： | 选择适当的检查方法,可提高中成药微生物的检出率。采用薄膜过滤法与贴膜法联用的方法,对抗菌中成药进行了活菌回收率试验,结果表明,贴膜法回收率明显高于《中国药典》收载的平皿菌落计数法和培养基稀释法。贴膜法对抗菌中成药进行微生物限度检查的结果可靠、准确。

| Abstract: | The detecting ratio of viable micro-organism in Chinese Traditional Patent Medicines could be improved when choosing proper test methods.The recovery rate test was carried out in anti-bacteria Chinese Traditional Patent Medicines by using membrane filtration and membrane adhering method.The results indicated that the recovery rate of the membrane adhering method was obviously higher than that of plate count method and medium dilution method recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The membrane adhering method for microbial limit tests in anti-bacteria Chinese Traditional Patent Medicines was reliable and accurate. |
