摘    要:目的:探讨案例教学法在预防医学教学中的规律。方法:采用自拟问卷进行调查,用配对Wileoxon符号秩和检验比较两种教学法的效果。结果:分半信度为0.916,内容效度介于0.667—0.807,案例教学法的效果好于传统教学法(P〈0.05)。结论:案例教学法与传统教学法相结合的方式是提高预防医学教学质量的有效途径,是预防医学教学改革的方向。

Practice and research of case teaching method in teaching of preventive medicine

Abstract:Objective : To explore the regularity of case teaching method in teaching preventive medicine. Methods : The data was collected utilizing self-made questionnaires of teaching effectiveness. Using paired Wileoxon signed rank sum test, the difference of the effectiveness of two teaching methods was compared. Results: The split-half reliability is 0.916 and the content validity is 0.6670.807. The effectiveness of case teaching method is superior to that of traditional teaching method( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions : The method of combining ease teaching method with traditional teaching method is the effective way to improve the teaching quality in preventive medicine, and is the direction to teaching reform of preventive medicine as well.
