| 摘 要： | 从绞股蓝(Gynostemma Pentaphyllum[Jhumb]Mak)中提取的总皂甙具有多种药理作用。本试验从生化和病理的角度探讨了绞股蓝总皂甙与齐墩果酸的保肝作用。实验材料大白鼠从上海实验动物中心购买。绞股蓝总皂甙由本所提供,齐墩果酸样品由长沙中药一厂提供,含量98%。方法和结果一、绞股蓝总皂甙对四氯化碳所引起的大白鼠急性肝损伤的治疗作用选用180～220克健康大白鼠,分成四组,每组8只,第一组为正常对照组,第二组为

| Abstract: | Total saponins of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum and Oleanolic acid were found to be effectivein the protection of experimental acute liver injury induced by injection of CCl_4 in rats.Theresults of this investigation indicate that the SGPT level with CCl_4 were markedly decreased,The degeneration and necrosis of liver cells were also significantly diminished by teratment with50mg/kg of total saponins of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum.The regeneration of liver cells waseffectively promoted by treatment with total saponins of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum andOleanolic acid.Both have the similar effect. |
