小剂量米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的临床观察

目的：进一步探讨米索前列醇适宜的引产药物剂量。方法：将临床采用米索前列醇引产的足月妊娠孕妇98例分为两组，A组48例予米索50ug阴道后穹窿置入，B组50例予米索25ug阴道后穹窿置入，每4h一次，最多不超过三次，观察其引产效果。结果：两组宫缩发动时间、总产程无显著差异．B组宫缩过频，胎儿窘迫，羊水粪染及其产后出血率的发生较A组低，引产成功率高。结论：足月妊娠的孕妇采用米索25ug阴道后穹窿置入引产比采用50ug引产更适宜、更安全，副作用小。

Observing the low dosage of misoprostol in pregnancy abortion

Objective: To find out the properate dosage misoprostol in the abortion.Method: 98 cases pregnancy women were divided into two group. Group A (48 cases) were put 50ug misoprostol into vagina. Group B were put 25ug. Both of the group were put after 4 hours. no more than three times and then observe the abortion effect. Result: There's no significant difference between two group. Group B is suprior to group A. the abortion rate is high. Conclusion: 25ug misoprostol is safer no side effect than 50ug misoprostol in pregnancy abortion.
