舒适护理干预在小儿腹股沟疝修补术护理中的应用效果

目的分析基于针对性护理模式的舒适护理干预在小儿腹股沟疝修补术护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1至12月山东省立医院收治住院治疗的腹股沟疝患儿116例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理和舒适护理。比较2组患儿手术及住院情况,分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估护理前、麻醉前、术后1、3、7 d的焦虑、抑郁水平以及疼痛情况,记录术后并发症发生情况,出院时采用医院自制护理满意度调查表评估护理满意度。结果观察组患儿麻醉前及术后1、3、7 d的SAS和SDS评分显著低于护理前,对照组患儿术后1、3、7 d的SAS、SDS、VAS评分显著低于护理前(P<0.05);观察组患儿麻醉前及术后1、3、7 d的SAS、SDS、VAS评分均显著低于对照组。观察组患儿术后疼痛发生率和并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于针对性护理模式的舒适护理干预应用于小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期,有利于减轻其疼痛程度和不良情绪,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患儿康复。

Application effect analysis of comfort nursing intervention based on targeted nursing mode in pediatric hernia surgery

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing intervention based on targeted nursing mode in pediatric hernia surgery.Methods 116 children of inguinal hernia in Shandong provincial hospital from Januaryto December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing and comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were compared with the operation and hospitalization.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and visual analog scale(VAS)were used to evaluate the anxiety,depression level and pain level before nursing,before anesthesia,1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation,and the complications were recorded.The hospital self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of nursing.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group before anesthesia and 1 d,3 d,7 d after operation were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of the control group at 1,3,7 d after operation were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05);the SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of the observation group before anesthesia and 1d,3d,7d after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pain and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing intervention based on targeted nursing mode in the perioperative period of hernia surgery is conducive to reduce the pain and bad mood,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of children.
