综合护理干预在手术室腹腔镜小儿疝修补术中的应用

目的探讨综合护理干预在手术室腹腔镜小儿疝修补术中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月医院收治的200例进行疝修补术的患儿作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配原则分为对照组和观察组,各100例。两组患儿均采取疝修补术进行治疗,其中对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组应用综合护理干预。比较两组患儿的护理质量评分、手术后的身体各项指标以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患儿的护理质量和身体各项指标变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对需要实施疝修补手术的患儿给予综合护理干预,可以降低患儿的并发症发生率,提高治疗效果。

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic hernia repair in children in operating room

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic hernia repair in children in operating room.Methods To select 200 cases of children patients who underwent hernia repair in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study objects.According to the principle of matching basic characteristics between the groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The two groups of children patients were treated with hernia repair,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing quality scores,various physical indicators after surgery and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The nursing quality and changes in various physical indicators of children patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention for children patients who need hernia repair surgery can reduce the incidence of complications in children patients and improve the treatment effect.
