RP-HPLC测定消糖胶囊中葛根素的含量

目的　用反相高效液相色谱法测定民族药消糖胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法　采用 Hypersil C1 8柱 (5μm 2 5 0 mm× 4.6 mm ) ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (2 1∶ 79∶ 0 .5 ) ,检测波长为 2 5 0 nm ;流速 :1m l/ m in;柱温 :35℃。结果　葛根素在 2 0～ 2 40 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系。回收率为 99.6 1%(RSD =0 .96 %)。结论　实验简便、可靠 ,对提高药品质量标准提供了一个方法。

Determination of Puerarin in Xiaotang Capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective To determine the content of puerarin in Xiaotang capsules by RP-HPLC.Method The Chromatographic method was carried out on Hypersil C 18 column (5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(21∶79∶0.5)is used as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. The flow rate was 1 ml/min.The column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 20～240 ng for puerarin. The average recovery was 99.61%,RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Xiaotang capsules.
