摘 要: | 用超声连续提取法提取玉米中不同化学形态的Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn、Co和Cr,原子吸收光谱法测定各元素的相关形态含量。结果显示,不同地区的玉米中,元素Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn、Co和Cr的多种形态含量比值间均存在显著性差异,具有一定的产地特征性。

Abstract: | The method of continuous extraction with ultrasonic was used to extract the different chemical forms of Ca , Mg, Cu, Mn, Co and Cr in maize, In the extraction of maize, related elements content in different speciation was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that there were significant differences of various forms of ratio of elements Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn, Co and Cr in different regions of the maize, and there was a certain characteristic of origin. |
