抗血小板药预防脑卒中的应用进展

Antiplatelet agents taking aspirin as the representative have been confirmed the existence of effective prevention of the stroke. Aspirin, clopidogrel and other basic treatment of antiplatelet agents for stroke prevention, with definite curative effect, have been written into the guidelines of stroke prevention. Clinical trials with novel antiplatelet drugs such as ticagrelor, cilostazol, triflusal, sarpogrelate and so on, have been made in the prevention of stroke with satisfactory results in some areas. However, due to the application of antiplatelet agents there is a certain proportion of bleeding complications. And the combination of two antiplatelet agents is likely to increase bleeding ratio. It is necessary to study the balance between seeking the antiplatelet effect and bleeding complications, and promote the progress and development of antiplatelet agents.
