大连市2011~2012年度哨点医院流感监测结果分析

目的:分析2011~2012年大连市哨点医院流感监测结果,了解流感病毒的流行规律,为科学制定防治措施提供依据。方法:收集大连市哨点医院的流感样病例数据,病原学检测结果和暴发疫情资料进行分析。结果:2011~2012年度共监测到流感样病例101195例,其中国家级流感哨点医院共监测35599例,市级哨点医院监测65596例,14岁以下年龄段流感样病例占总病例数的80.53%(81493/101195),病毒的流行株以H3亚型和B亚型为主。结论:大连市2011~2012年流感的主要发病群体为儿童和中小学生,应密切注意流感活动情况,加强监测。

A study on the influenza surveillance results in Shenzhen in 2011-2012

Objectives： To study the results of influenza surveillance in Dalian in 2011- 2012 and to explore pattern of influenza circulation and to assist the government for decision making. Methods： The study was performed on the surveillance data of influenza- like illness（ILI） and laboratory examination and outbreak reports. Results： There 101195 ILI influenzalike cases were detected in 2011 -2012, The national influenza sentinel hospitals were monitored in35599 cases, the municipal monitoring？ sentinel hospital in 65596 cases, Under the age of 14 influenza - like cases accounted for80.53% of the total number of cases （81493/101195）, virus epidemic strain of H3 subtype and B subtype. The main pathogenic groups, conclusion： Dalian 2011- 2012 influenza for children and school students; should pay close attention to the situation of influenza activity, strengthen the monitoring.
