大连市2013年托幼机构消毒状况分析

目的:了解托幼机构消毒质量,加强幼儿园管理,促进幼儿园消毒工作的有效开展,确保托幼儿童的身心健康,为托幼机构传染病的防控提供科学依据。方法:2013年10月参照《辽宁省托幼机构消毒卫生标准(征求意见稿)》对大连市内5所托幼机构进行消毒质量调查。结果:共检测托幼机构5所,检测各类样品141份(201项),合格176项,合格率为87.56%(176/201),其中空气样品29份,合格28份,合格率为96.55%(28/29),物体表面样品96项,合格95项,合格率为98.96%(95/96),人员手样品76份,合格53份,合格率为69.74%(53/76)。大连市托幼机构卫生状况和消毒情况较好,但仍需加大监管力度,强化有关消毒知识的培训,切实抓好日常消毒工作的技术指导,保证儿童的身心健康

Effectiveness of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of dalian in 2013

Objective： To understand the disinfection quality of kindergartens and nurseries in Dalian District,strengthen the supervision, improve the effective implementation of disinfection work in kindergartens, ensure the children＇s health, and provide scientificbasis for prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergartens and nurseries. Methods： Five kindergartens were investigated on the effect of disinfections in October, 2013, according to the methods offered by（Liaoning provincial hygienic standard for disinfection of nursery （Draft for Soliciting Opinions） ）Results： Five kindergartens were tested and 141 sampleswere collected, 201 smples were tested, 176 of them were up to standard, aecountitag for 87.56 % （176/201 ）, the eligible rates of indoor air, tableware and surfaces of environmental objects, hands of staff water of playing pools for infants and disinfectant solutions in use were 96.55% （28/29） ,98.96% （95/96）, 69.74 % （53/76）. Conclusion： The sanitary conditions and disinfection quality in kindergartens and nurseries of Dalian District are good. However, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection in kindergartens, improve the training of knowledge about disinfection, and implement the technical guidance in daily disinfection work, to ensure the healthy growth of the children.
