某院骨折内固定物取出术患者围手术期预防用抗菌药物分析

目的调查本院骨折内固定物取出术患者围手术期预防用抗菌药物情况及干预措施实施效果。方法采取技术与行政干预相结合的方法,调查实施干预前（2011-01~07）35例与实施干预后第一阶段（2011-08~2012-09）106例、第二阶段（2012-10~2013-12）103例患者使用抗菌药的情况进行比较。结果预防用抗菌药物比例从100%下降到10.68%;预防用药疗程合理率从5.71%提高到100%;联合用药比例从57.14%下降至0%;抗菌药物使用时机合理率从11.43%提高到80%以上。结论临床药师协同行政干预可明显提高围手术期抗菌药物的合理应用。

Analysis of Perioperative Utilization of Prophylactic Antibiotics in Patients Undergoing Fracture Internal Fixation Removal Surgery in A Hospital

Objective To investigate the perioperative utilization of prophylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing fracture internal fixation removal and intervention effects in the hospital. Methods Clinical pharmacists cooperating with administrative intervention and application of antibacterial drugs in 35 cases from 2011 January to July,106 cases from2011 August to 2012 September,103 cases from 2012 October to 2013 December were analyzed to evaluate the effect of persistent intervention. Results The preventive use of antibiotics ratio decreased from 100% to 10. 68%; preventive medication treatment and reasonable rate increased from 5. 71% to 100%; combination ratio decreased from 57. 14% to0%; reasonable rate of antibacterial drug use time increased from 11. 43% to 80%. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists collaborative administrative intervention can obviously improve the reasonable application of antibiotics.
