871例新发肺结核病病例的特点分析

目的探讨江门市区新发肺结核病例的特点。方法对2001至2003年江门市区的新发结核病患者资料进行分析。结果新发结核病病例登记率逐年上升(由2001年的54.99/10万上升至2003年的74.23/10万);新发病例中以青壮年(20～49岁)为主,占总病例数的57.17%;职业分布中以工人、农民和无固定职业者为主,占78.76%。结论提高健康意识,改变不良习惯,加强健康教育是控制结核病的重要手段。

Characteristics analysis of medical record of 871 new subjects having pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective:Inquiry into epidemic characterist ics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Jia ngmen.Methods:Collecting and an-alyzing the cases which registrated in our institute of the year from 2001-2003 .Results:The cases of pulmonary tuberculosis was increased year after year.Th e yo uth and the middle age people(20-49)was the main crowd of pulmonary tuberculosis occupied 57.17%in the total cases.W orkers,farmers and unfi xed employees accou nted 78.76%of the new cases.Conclusion:The preventio n and treatment emphasis of both pulmonary tuberculosis an d health education sh ould be put on th e youth and middle age people.
