| 摘 要： | 目的：提高门诊对高血压病的随访率及控制率。方法：１９９５年至１９９７年对门诊高血压病患者实行建卡追访、健康教育、饮食、运动及行为干预、心理疏导、合理用药等综合措施。所得资料经统计学处理。结果：经综合措施的实施，高血压病人的随访率和控制率逐年增加，且表明患者病情的发展与治疗的依从性明显相关。结论：综合性的防治措施是提高高血病人群防治效果的有效途径之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To increase the followup and BP control rate of the patients with essential hypertension. Methods: In order to reach the aim,the combined remedies incoluding regular follow up,health education,diet,sport and behavior intervention,psychological adjustment,rational treatment were performed from 1995 to 1997. Results: Followup rate and BP control rate were increased year by year after combined remedies and there were significant relationship between the compliance of the patients and the severity of hypertension. Conclusion: Combined remedies were the effective ways to improve control and prevention of essential hypertension. |
