摘    要:目的 调查分析缓解期精神分裂症患者的应对方式、心理健康水平及进行相应的心理教育,以期帮助患者更好地适应预后生活,减少疾病复发率.方法 对60名缓解期精神分裂症病人进行为期4 w的应对指导及认知调整等心理教育,并采用SCL-90、应付方式问卷对心理教育前后60名缓解期精神分裂症病人进行调查比较.结果 心理教育4 w前后相比患者SCL-90的人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、敌对、强迫症状等因子及应对方式的退避回避、幻想、解决问题和求助呈现显著差异(P<0.001).结论 对缓解期的精神分裂症病人进行相应的应对指导、认知调整等心理教育是有效和必要的.

Abstract:Objective Investigate and study the coping style and mental health of the schizophrenic pa-tients during catabesis and with corresponding psychological instruction to help them more adapt the life after dis-ease and reduce the disease relapse rate.Methods Coping instruction and cognition adjustment and other psy-chological instruction ways for 4 weeks were given to all 60 schizophrenic patients during catabasis,and SCL-90 and coping style questionnaire were distributed to these patients before and after psychological instruction.Results The SCL-90 factors of inter-personal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,somatization,hostility and compul-sion,and the coping style factors of avoidance,illusion,problem-resolving and seeking-help were significant difference between before and after psychological instruction for 4 weeks (P < 0.001).Conclusion It is effec-tive and necessary that corresponding coping style and cognition adjust and other psychological iustruction ways were given to the 60 schizophrenic patients during catabasis.
