孕产妇膳食与乳汁中脂肪含量的研究

摘    要:目的:调查不同膳食营养组成对哺乳期妇女乳汁中脂肪及血胆固醇、甘油三酯等含量的影响,从而观察妊娠妇女饮食与新生儿生理性腹泻的关系。方法:采用FFQ调查产妇在妊娠期的膳食组成,然后分别检测产妇初乳、过渡乳及成熟乳中脂肪及产后1d血胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量。结果:B组(碳水化合物 蛋白质组)产妇初乳、过渡乳及成熟乳脂肪含量均明显高于其余三组.而其余三组间差别不明显。血甘油三酯和胆固醇含量B组高于C、D组,与A组差别无统计学意义。结论:产妇摄入富含纤维素的食物有利于减少母乳中脂肪含量,并可有效控制孕妇血胆固醇及甘油三酯。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the influence of nutritional composition on the content of fat, cholesterol and triglyceride in mother milk. Method: FFQ food reviewed for nutritional composition of the parturien, then divided them into four groups. The fat in mother milk were analysed by Gertal-Roger method. Result: The milk fat of B group was higher than that of the other groups. The serum cholesterol and triglyceride of B group were higher than that of C and D groups. Conclusion : Diet with much cellulose can effectively reduce the fats in mother milk and control the serum cholesterol and triglyceride.
