祛风止痒口服液治疗荨麻疹研究

目的　评价祛风止痒口服液治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效、不良反应和安全性。方法　采用随机分组方法 ,均予祛风止痒口服液 10mL/次口服 ,每日 3次。结果　急性荨麻疹临床治愈率为 36 % ,显效率为 6 0 % ,总有效率为 81% ;慢性荨麻疹临床治愈率为 2 0 % ,显效率为 4 5 % ,总有效率为 75 %。结论　祛风止痒口服液治疗荨麻疹疗效可靠 ,能有效降低复发率 ,安全性好 ,不良反应轻微 ,是一种优良的抗过敏中成药。

Study of Qufengzhiyang oral liquid on urticaria

Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect, negative effect and safety of Qufengzhiyang oral liquid on urticaria.Methods The patients were divided randomly and treated with Qufengzhiyang oral liquid for 10 mL every time and 3 times every day.Results In the acute urticaria group, the cure rate was 36%, the obvious effective rate was 60% and the total effective rate was 81%. In the chronic urticaria group, the cure rate was 20%, the obvious effective rate was 45% and the total effective rate was 75%.Conclusion Qufengzhiyang oral liquid has a good and safe effect on urticaria. It can reduce the relapse rate effectively and has light negative reaction. So it is a good anti-hypersensitive traditional Chinese medicine.
