前列腺切除术后下肢深静脉血栓形成21例报告

目的探讨前列腺切除术后深静脉血栓的形成因素,提出预防措施。方法对21例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料进行分析。结果保守治疗15例,12例痊愈,3例好转;行髂股静脉取栓术2例均痊愈;4例伴有肺栓塞,其中2例死亡,2例治愈。结论前列腺切除术后患者高凝血状态和血管收缩是形成深静脉血栓的内因,而围术期处理不当是促使血栓形成的外因。围术期采用抗高凝血和血管收缩措施,进行正确的围术期处理,可较好地预防深静脉血栓形成。

Report of 21 patients with the thrombosis of deep veins of lower limb after prostatectomy

Objective To explore the causes of thrombosis of deep veins so as to further summarize the preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with the thrombosis of the vena profunda in legs following prostatectomy were analysed . Results 15 patients received the conservative measures,of which 12were cured and 3 improved .2 patients were cured by iliac-femoral vein thrombectomy. In 4 patients presented with lung embolism,2 patients died and 2 patients obtained complete recovery . Conclusion The hypercoagulability and vasular spasm might be the internal cause which could result in the thrombosis of vena profunda following prostatectomy,while the inappropriate management during the peri-operative period might be the external cause which could promote the occurrence of the thrombosis .So appropriate managements such as anticoagulative and antispasmodic measures applied during the peri-operative period could better prevent the thrombosis of vena profunda following prostatectomy.
