益赛普在急性百草枯中毒中的应用

目的评价益赛普治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法选择我院急诊科收治的急性百草枯中毒患者42例作为研究对象,分为治疗组22例与对照组20例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益赛普25mg,皮下注射,每周2次,2周为1个疗程。结果 2组治疗后肝酶和血肌酐均明显下降,2组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组的血氧饱和度和氧分压显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肺纤维化发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组病死率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期应用益赛普可显著降低急性百草枯中毒患者肺纤维化的发生率和病死率。

Effects of Etanercept on Acute Paraquat Poisoning

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of etanercept in treating acute paraquat poisoning.Methods 42 patients with acute paraquat poisoning who were admitted into emergency of our hospital were enrolled in our study:20 cases were assigned to control group,22(treatment group) received etanercept 25 mg by subcutaneous injection,twice a week,for 14 days in addition to the therapy as in control group.Results Liver enzyme and creatinine levels in both group were reduced,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen saturation and the partial pressure of oxygen in treating group was significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.01) ;The occurrence rate of pulmonary fibrosis was significantly lower than those in control groups(P > 0.05) ;The mortality in treating group was significantly lower than those in control groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Early application of etanercept reduced significantly the occurrence rate of pulmonary fibrosis and mortality in patients with Paraquat poisoning.
