老年病人混合痔PPH术后尿潴留的护理

目的 探讨老年混合痔病人使用吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)后尿潴留并发症及护理策略.方法 选取我院老年(年龄＞70岁)患有混合痔的病人76例行PPH手术.采用百分比的统计学方法对研究结果进行分析.结果 老年患有混合痔的76例病人全部行PPH术成功,其中术后发生尿潴留14例,占总数的18.42％.结论 PPH术用于治疗老年病人的混合痔是有效的、安全的手术方法；加强PPH患者的术前、术中及术后的观察和护理,可以减少尿潴留的发生；随访一年无复发,疗效满意.

Nursing of urinary retention after the operation of PPH in old patients with mixed hemorrhoid

Objective To study the causes and nursing measures of urinary retention after the operation for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) in old patients with mixed hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 76 patients in old patients (years ＞70) with mixed hemorrhoid were treated with PPH.Then research results were analyzed by percentage statistic method.Results All cases succeeded through PPH operation,including 14 cases with urinary retention,occupying 18.42 ％ of total amount.Conclusions PPH surgery for the treatment of elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoid is an effective and safe method.Strengthening preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative observation and nursing can reduce the incidence of urinary retention.There is no recurrence during follow - up for one year.
