辨证施护对慢性浅表性胃炎患者生存质量的影响

目的 探讨辨证施护对慢性浅表性胃炎患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响.方法 将77例患者随机分为观察组39例和对照组38例.对照组采用常规护理；观察组在常规护理的基础上给予辨证施护,连续观察4周.对比两组的临床疗效；采用SF - 36量表评价两组患者护理前后生存质量状况.结果 两组疗效比较,观察组总有效率89.7％；对照组总有效率68.4％,观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者护理前后生存质量状况比较,两组护理后生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康八个维度的积分,均有显著改善(P＜0.01).观察组在生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康四个维度的积分改善较对照组更明显(P＜0.05).两组护理后健康效用值,与护理前相比,均有极显著性差异(P＜0.01).护理后两组的健康效用值相比有极显著性差异(P＜0.01),观察组对生存质量整体的改善较对照组明显.结论 辨证施护不仅能显著改善慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床症状,而且还能提高患者的生存质量.

The influence of syndrome differentiation - based nursing on the life quality of patients with chronic superficial gastritis

Objective To observe the influence of syndrome differentiation - based nursing on the clinical efficacy and life quality of patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods A total of 77 cases were divided into the observation group ( n =39) and the control group ( n =38).The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was received syndrome differentiation - based nursing.And the cases were subjected to continual observation for 4 weeks,in which clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups and SF -36 scale was adopted to evaluate the life quality before and after nursing.Results The effective rate was 89.7％ in the observation group and 68.4％ in the control group; there was significant difference between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).A comparison of life quality before and after nursing showed that there was significant improvement ( P ＜ 0.01 ) of scores in eight concepts including physiological functioning,role limitations because of physical health problems,bodily pain,general health perceptions,vitality,social functioning,role limitations because of emotional problems,and general mental health.The improvement of 4 concepts including role limitations because of emotional problems,bodily pain,role limitations because of physical problems,and general mental health,was more significant in the observation group than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The health utility in both groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing.There was very significant difference of health utility after nursing between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Syndrome differentiation - based nursing not only significantly improves the clinical symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis,but also increases the life quality of patients.
