摘    要:目的 观察六味地黄汤生物制剂对小鼠耐寒、耐缺氧、抗疲劳的影响.方法 昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、六味地黄汤阳性对照组及六味地黄汤生物制剂低、中、高(2.4、4.8、9.6 g/kg)剂量组,灌胃给药7d后分别考察小鼠-5℃寒冷的死亡率、常压耐缺氧时间以及负重游泳时间.结果 六味地黄汤生物制剂能明显降低小鼠-5℃...

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Liuweidihuang metabolized by photosynthetic bacteria(LW-PSB) on murine resistance against cold,oxygen deficit and fatigue.Methods KM mice were randomly divided into five groups,including the negative control group,positive control group(Liuweidihuang metabolized) and three LW-PSB-treated groups(2.4,4.8 and 9.6 g/kg).After 7 days,stress response was tested.Results LW-PSB obviously shortened the mortality rate of mice at-5 ℃ and lengthened the time of mice at oxygen deficit as well as weight-bearing swimming.Conclusion LW-PSB affords an important role in resistance to cold,oxygen deficit and fatigue in mice.
