| 痛经贴膏治疗痛经的临床观察 |

| 摘 要： | 通过对160例痛经患者使用痛经贴膏的临床观察（观察组100例,对照组60例）,观察组临床治愈26例、显效43例、有效18例、无效13例,显愈率69.00%;对照组临床治愈14例、显效26例、有效11例、无效9例,显愈率66.67%,观察组与对照组比较,P〉0.05,无显著性差异,相关的不良事件观察和安全性检查显示,治疗过程中未见与实验药物有关的不良反应。根据本次临床试验结果,痛经贴膏治疗寒凝血滞型痛经,安全有效。

| Abstract: | According to the 160 clinical practice of dysmenorrhea patients with Tongjing plasters(100 treatment groups and 60 control groups), 26 clinical cure ,43 effective,18 success and 13 non-effective of treatment groups with 69% cure rate. Meanwhile, 14 clinical cure ,26 effective,11 success and 9 non-effective of control groups with 66.67 % cure rate. Treatment groups ,compared to control groups,P>0.05 ,have no significant difference. According to the adverse events related and safety inspections, the treating progress has no adverse reactions. Based on the results of the clinical practice, Tongjing plasters are safe and effective. |
