| 摘 要： | 目的了解癌症病人生存质量相关因素。方法采用癌症治疗功能评价系统普适量表(Functional assessment of cancertherapy-generic scale,FACT-G)对284例癌症病人进行问卷调查,并分析不同经济状况、婚姻状况、文化程度、年龄与病人生存质量的关系。结果经济状况、婚姻状况、文化程度、年龄是影响癌症病人生存质量的相关因素(均P0.01);其中病人生存质量与经济情况、年龄呈正相关,与婚姻状况、文化程度呈负相关,即经济越好、年龄越大,病人生存质量越好,未婚、已婚、文化程度越低者生存质量越好。结论癌症病人生存质量与经济状况、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度相关。应针对原因,采取针对性的对策,以便改善和提高病人的生存质量。
