| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方丹参加西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜（HSP）临床疗效。方法60例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组常规治疗，治疗组加用复方丹参和西咪替丁治疗，观察临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率为90．00％，明显高于对照组（53．3％）。结论复方丹参加西咪替丁能提高HSP，患儿疗效，改善其免疫功能。

Clinical Research of the Treatment to Anaphylactiod Purpura with Salviae Miltiorrhiaza Composita plus Cimetidine |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of salviae miltiorrhiza composite plus cimetidine in treating anaphylactiod purpura.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each.Routine treatment was given to the control group,for the treatment gropu,besides routine treatment,salviae miltiorrhiza composite plus cimetidine was added.The clinical effect was observed.Results The total effective rate was 90.0%,much higher than that of the control group(53.3%).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhiza composite plus cimetidine can raise the curative effect in treating children with anaphylactiod purpura and can improve their immunity function. |
